Ecology with highest comfort

Since 2005, the HOTEL BÜRKLE is powered by four cogeneration plants for heat and electricity. Due to the short wiring and the small loss of energy, the self-supply is cost effective and ecological at the same time.

Since the start up, the cogeneration plants save 14 t of CO2 yearly. This represents 21% of the CO2 emission powered by electricity from the grid and heating with gas. For this reason the HOTEL BÜRKLE goes ahead and reached already since years the climate protection targets agreed to 2012.
